Pre-Health Orientation Session

Join the Pre-Health Advising team for an introduction to the many pathways into the health professions at Oberlin. This session is designed for first-year students interested in careers in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, public health, physician assistant studies, nursing, and other health-related fields, as well as their families.

We’ll discuss how pre-health advising works at Oberlin, common academic pathways, opportunities for clinical experience and research, and strategies for balancing academic exploration with professional goals. 

There will be time for questions and conversation with advisors and current students. Whether you are certain about a health career or simply curious about exploring the possibilities, all are welcome.
